  • substitute employee - 20 Stunden/Woche

Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • Realisation of communication and public relations tasks for the division
  • Participation in and organisation of events and meetings
  • Data administration in CRM

Your profile:

  • A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A-Level-Diploma (HAK, HBLA) or equivalent qualification; commercial knowledge and relevant work experience (at least 3 years) an advantage
  • Experience in the field of communication/marketing/public relations/social media
  • Very good IT and MS Office skills (especially Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Very good research skills, knowledge of working with databases
  • Good language skills for writing texts/messages and confidence in appropriate communication in German and English (at least B2 level)
  • Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Initiative, organisational talent and time flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and to act creatively and innovatively
  • Accuracy, reliability and a high sense of responsibility

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.350 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
