Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • General secretarial tasks (correspondence, coordination of appointments, internal and external communication, administrative support for ongoing research at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Studies Innsbruck [CGI])
  • Preparation and follow-up of events, independent taking of minutes at meetings and events
  • Order management, ongoing bookkeeping and auditing
  • Participation in public relations (maintenance of the homepage and social media channels at the CGI, working languages German and English)
  • Supervision of the research performance database and the project database

Your profile:

  • A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Very good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office programmes
  • High organisational and communication skills
  • Independence and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (working languages: German and English)
  • Expertise in the field of gender research/gender studies desirable
  • Knowledge of internal university processes and IT programmes desirable (VIS, SAP)
  • Willingness to learn new programmes and to participate in further training measures

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.350 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
