Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Independent research (writing a dissertation)
• Independent teaching in the field of civil court proceedings
• Participation in research and publication activities in national and international civil court proceedings (Prof. Trenker)
• Training and further education
• Administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed relevant degree in law or business law (Master's/Diploma programme)
• above-average knowledge of civil procedural law and good academic success in related subjects of substantive law
• special interest in research and publication activities in the field of national and international civil procedure law and willingness to write a dissertation in this field
• Professional legal experience and language skills are an advantage
• good knowledge of English and IT
• Ability to work in a team, sociability, systematic thinking, precise work, commitment
