Your tasks:

• General secretarial duties
• Coordination and organisation as well as handling the administrative processes of teaching operations
• Ordering and budget overview
• Correspondence with students

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, basic SAP knowledge an advantage)
• Good knowledge of English desirable
• Problem-solving skills and organisational talent
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Commitment and ability to work under pressure
• Team spirit, flexibility
• Possibility to work from home, flexible working hours
