University Assistant (PhD position)

Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Dissertation in the field of early learning and education/elementary education
• Independent research in the field of early learning and education/elementary education
• Independent teaching in the modules of the Bachelor's degree programme in Educational Science at the Faculty of Education
• Further training in university didactics
• Participation in national and international conferences
• Collaboration in the preparation of publications
• Collaboration in the conception and realisation of conferences
• Collaboration in academic self-administration

Your profile:

• Completed diploma or master's degree in educational science/educational science with very good or good results
• In-depth specialist knowledge in the field of early education and education/elementary education
• Good knowledge of quantitative research methods
• Training, further education or advanced training and professional experience in the field of early learning and education/elementary education are desirable
• Experience in student collaboration in research projects in the field of early learning and education/elementary education is desirable
• German language skills: C1 level according to CEFR, knowledge of English B2
• Ability to work independently, ability to work under pressure, conscientiousness, social skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
