University Assistant (PhD position)

Job Description:

University Assistant - Dissertation position, Institute of Public Law, Constitutional and Administrative Theory. Main tasks: administrative law (public commercial law); independent research in the field of public law including public commercial law; strengthening of teaching and research activities in public law; participation in maintaining and expanding the Institute's expertise in commercial law; over time, start of independent publication activities; independent teaching; training and further education; participation in administration. Required qualifications: Completion of a relevant Master's, Magister or Diplom degree programme; very good knowledge of Austrian public law with above-average grades, especially in administrative law; precision; systematic thinking; ability to work in a team; excellent knowledge of German; please enclose written considerations on your dissertation project with your application (max. 5 pages).
