Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Independent research in the main research areas of the teaching and research area Conflict Trauma - Violence at the Institute for Psychosocial Intervention and Communication Research
• Independent development and implementation of university continuing education programmes
• Participation in the further development of study programmes
• Carrying out independent teaching, primarily in the above-mentioned teaching and research area
• Participation in university self-administration

Your profile:

• Completed relevant PhD or doctoral studies in the field of education or social sciences
• Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of counselling and continuing education formats
• Proven theoretical knowledge and practical experience in higher education and adult education as well as in education and project management
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary violence and conflict research
• Proof of relevant teaching in various teaching formats at university level (BA/MA)
• Publications beyond the dissertation and in internationally peer-reviewed journals are desirable
• Experience in psychosocial counselling
• German language skills: C2 level according to CEFR; English language skills: B2/C1
• Relevant computer skills
• Sense of responsibility, independence, teamwork and communication skills
