• Research advice
• Customer support
• Administrative activities in the accessibility of media and literature resources

Your profile:

• You have completed A-Level-Diploma or an equivalent qualification and have a high affinity for modern technologies and new developments, preferably in the library and service sector as well as in customer communication
• Completed library training (e.g. University course in Library and Information Studies) is an advantage
• You speak and write perfect German (min. Level C2) and have very good foreign language skills, especially in English (min. Level B2)
• You are characterised by good communication skills, sociability and a confident manner
• You enjoy working with people
• You are a team player and committed to working in a dynamic environment
