University Assistant (postdoc)
Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Independent research activities in the field of psychoanalytic education and educational science
- Scientific research in the field of psychoanalytic findings in (social) pedagogy, therapy, socialisation theory (especially on adolescence, transitions) or social psychology with relevance to educational science (e.g. On gender relations, migration, social media, authoritarianism)
- Independent teaching of four semester hours per week in the psychoanalytical modules of the BA and MA programmes of the Faculty of Education, supervision of students and examination activities
- Assistance with administrative tasks of the institute
- In addition, cooperation in the development of a Master's programme in Psychotherapy is desired
Your profile:
- Degree in educational science or related disciplines with an excellent diploma or master's thesis
- Excellent dissertation in educational science or a related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of psychoanalytic theories and concepts as well as current scientific developments in psychoanalysis and their application in research and practice
- Knowledge of qualitative, in particular depth hermeneutic or biographical methods
- Training, further training or advanced training and/or professional experience in psychoanalytic, depth-psychological or group-analytic psychotherapy, counselling or supervision for children and adolescents, adults, families, groups or psychoanalytic education/social work is desirable.
- Experience in the context of third-party funded projects is desirable
- Experience with relevant teaching at university level
- Specialised publications and scientific presentations
- German language skills: C1 level according to CEFR, English language skills: B2/C1; relevant computer skills
