Your tasks:

• Administration of teaching and research activities at the department
• Support in the implementation of activities within the framework of academic self-administration
• Administration of current budget funds and third-party funds, ordering and project accounting
• Participation in the organisation of conferences
• Maintaining the department's website

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and spoken German and good command of English (please submit application letter and CV in German); commercial knowledge; good IT skills, especially MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Power Point); willingness to learn new programmes, knowledge of MacIntosh an advantage
• Independence, accuracy, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, flexibility
