Your tasks:

• Authorisation management
• Customer management
• General administration

Your profile:

• Completion of the HAS or completed apprenticeship (office administrator) or equivalent qualification
• English language skills at level B2, German language skills at level C1; excellent IT skills (MS-Office) and excellent knowledge of VIS:online programmes in the area of student administration as well as knowledge of the university structure and study law are an advantage, experience in the administrative area is desirable
• Experience in administration and customer management (direct contact with people);
• Ability to work in a team, precision, confident demeanour; empathy; excellent communication skills; enjoy dealing with people, eager to learn and interested in new things
