• Learning horticultural care and cultivation work
• Learning general park and greenhouse maintenance work
• School attendance and school tasks

Your profile:

• Positive completion of compulsory schooling, lateral entrants for shortened apprenticeship welcome; interest in plants and horticultural activities, enjoyment of working in and with nature, manual skills, willingness to learn, physical resilience and weather resistance, good knowledge of German
• Ability to work in a team, perseverance; ability to take criticism, honesty, flexibility, ability to deal with conflict
