Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Independently and autonomously advising and informing university staff (travellers and their superiors) in connection with travel activities
• Digitalisation and quality assurance
• Independent and autonomous payment of business travel expenses in travel management for all university staff including the ULG area

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Completed commercial or vocational school or commercial training, basic knowledge of tax law
• Sound knowledge of internal university processes and IT programmes (VIS:online, PM-SAP, UNIPERS HR SAP, Doxis)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and SAP
• Independent working style, commitment, proactive behaviour, strong teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, service orientation, discretion, ability to work in a structured and analytical manner, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
