Your profile:

  • A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification (e.g. Apprenticeship/training, relevant work experience, additional training)
  • Good general IT knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • High resilience in stressful situations
  • High reliability
