Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Preliminary entry and posting of incoming invoices
• Formal checking of documents in the accounts payable area in compliance with the dual control principle
• Checking open items
• Participation in reconciliation tasks
• Providing information and service to business partners and internal organisational units

Your profile:

• Completed A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably HAK-A-Level-Diploma; professional experience in accounting an advantage, sound commercial knowledge, very good knowledge of German (language level C2);
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills, willingness to learn, resilience and stress resistance
