Your tasks:

• Administration of the range of courses offered at the Campus Technik of the University of Innsbruck
• Central contact person in the area of teaching programmes for academic staff and administrative institutions
• Administration of the teaching budget

Your profile:

• Matura or equivalent qualification
• several years of professional experience in an administrative field
• proficient in MS Office programmes
• excellent German language skills (min. C1)
• very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• proactive behaviour and confident appearance
• ability to work in a team
• ability to work in a structured and analytical manner

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.300 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
