Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • National and international correspondence, administrative support for third-party funded projects, reporting
  • Organisation of scientific events
  • General administrative tasks
  • Temporary replacement of other administrative employees

Your profile:

  • General qualification for university entrance (preferably HAK or HBLA school leaving examination) or equivalent qualification
  • Good commercial knowledge or proof of the relevant professional requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills (German and English), very good IT skills (Office package), SAP knowledge and experience in project administration of advantage
  • Organisational talent, ability to work independently, accuracy
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
  • Confident manner, problem-solving skills

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.300 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
