Your tasks:

• Independent and autonomous management of all resources of the work group
• Third-party funding management
• Involvement in the organisation of events, workshops and meetings
• General office administration

Your profile:

• A-Level or equivalent qualification; commercial experience desirable
• Very good IT skills in the usual Office programmes; very good research skills
• Very good language skills (written and spoken German and English); Confidence in appropriate communication
• proactive action; confident appearance; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team; ability to work in a structured and analytical manner
• organisational talent; flexibility; problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.300 per month (14 times)^*. Is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
