YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support of the segment manager and the head of department in all organizational matters 
• Contact person and interface between employees and central departments 
• Scheduling & coordination (meetings, workshops, conferences, events) 
• Preparation and planning of business trips as well as travel expense accounting via SAP
• Cost center control and support in planning
• Ordering via SAP and support in planning
• Support in the preparation of presentation documents, graphics, communications, etc. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed commercial training as an office administrator, HAK/HBLA Matura or comparable professional qualification 
• Experienced PC handling with all MS-Office applications as well as good SAP knowledge
• Independent, proactive way of working
• Distinct communicative and social competence
• Organizational and team skills, assertiveness and discretion 
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €36,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
