Your tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
• Installation and commissioning of technical building installations and systems
• Diagnosis and rectification of technical faults and problems
• Carrying out maintenance work on technical installations and systems
• Providing support in all areas of building and infrastructure work
• Documenting the work carried out and preparing maintenance reports
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship in installation and building services engineering or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the field of installation and building services engineering desired
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Good written and spoken German
• B driving licence
• Team and communication skills
• Flexibility and commitment
• friendly and competent demeanour
